This char is over 13 years old-so he`s about 9 years older than wolf`s rain(published 2004)
not every black wolf with two different colored eyes is a darcia clone *roleseyes*

I said he reminded me of him, haha , not that he was. It was merely a comment on you saying not to use him for anything. How could you really tell unless it was the exact same picture? They could be copying Darcia instead, or simply creating their own character because they like bi-colored eyes and have never seen your character or Darcia...

He's an interesting concept, nonetheless. I lurv shapeshifters

I have no problem with other people using black chars with bi-colored eyes and even a scar over their eye(there are tons of these ...as I started on the internet Dall was one of a very few chars with this features, but now...XD``), but I will notice if someone copies his neclace or his personality or bg story(at the moment not much of him is known to people outside my pack and rp-group, but this will change and that`s the point...I don`t want to have to look through all my pics later to add the line that tells people not to use him, you know...) or the pic itself-this is waht I meant by this line
I know his appearance is not "unique"-and I even thought of changing it...but that wouldn`t be him anymore, you know :/ so this is not so much about the way he looks but the way he is.

Understandable. I've thought about changing a certain character to fit more with others and it just doesn't work out. You have to have a character for you He sounds quite interesting. The whole necklace thing sounds like the old werewolf myths.
